This policy is issued by Fixii LLC (“Fixii,” “we,” “us”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit fixii.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, book a meeting, or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, work email, company, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your environment. We use it to respond to you, to schedule and hold the conversation you asked for, and to follow up about Fixii and related services from us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technology to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how often people visit, how long visits last, and the general location, device and browser involved. We use Google Analytics for this. We use the results to improve the site, not to identify individual visitors.
Meeting booking. When you choose a time with us, the booking is handled through HubSpot. HubSpot receives the details you enter on the booking page and may set its own cookies.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website places on your browser. Most browsers let you see, block or delete them in their settings. If you block them, parts of the site may not work as expected. Our cookies do not read your hard drive or carry viruses.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with our personnel and with service providers who help us run the site and our sales process, such as our website host, analytics provider and customer relationship management system. These providers may use your information only to support us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How we protect it

The Fixii product
This policy covers the fixii.ai website. If you use the Fixii application after signing in, separate terms and privacy commitments in your agreement with us govern the data that application handles.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages, to show you the personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. Email sales@fixii.ai and include the name of the contact you have dealt with, if any. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when we post it here, and the date at the top will change.
